Nan Nuo Mountain black tea offers honeyed sweetness and fruity depth, while purple zijuan cultivar black tea adds richness and a floral finish. Together, they create a vibrant, full-bodied infusion with evolving flavors.

Steep 8 grams of tea in a gaiwan or teapot at 95–98°C, rinsing briefly and extending steeping times for later brews.
